Stunt driver and mechanic by day, and getaway artist by night, 'Driver' is looped into the inner workings of prison debts and multi-million dollar bank heists as he attempts to keep his neighbor, Irene, and her son, Benicio, safe from the prison politics her husband Standard brings home when he is released.

This is one of my favorite movies of all time. Ryan Gosling absolutely kills this role, as he always does, and his character means so much to me. Strong and silent, all he wants to do is try and protect the people he loves, even if he knows it means he can never achieve that.
