A History of Guys I've Enjoyed: A Wiki

From Wikipedia, and bastardized by youwillbesafe

I love sorting things, and Wikipedia is famously the best place for that. This is incredibly self-indulgent.

CURRENT
My current fav as of June 2026.

NEOW

I love these characters so dearly and they mean so much to me. I have been in fandom spaces since I was a kid, and this page is a way for me to catalouge my thoughts and feelings around the characters that have brought me so much joy in that time.

I feel like in person I come off as very apathetic towards a lot of things, so I've gotten some surprised reactions when people realize I'm actually a massive fangirl...

Each article will have multiple elements, including my personal thoughts and feelings, a nice list of my favorite fanfiction involving said character (if applicable) and likely some other fun info. Note: The fanfiction linked may be explicit in nature. Each fic with this rating will be labeled with

Connor from Detroit: Become Human

connor
Connor!

Connor is one of the three main protagonists and the overall secondary protagonist in Detroit: Become Human. If Connor remains as a machine, he can become the overall final antagonist of the game. Regardless of player choice, Connor has a set habit of flicking and performing tricks with a quarter coin…may also express a few other quirks, such an interest in dogs … He may also claim that he wishes that he could listen to music as humans do.

My love for Connor surfaced in around 2023, as I saw clips of the game online and immediately fell for the infinite possibilities and the action of it. His mannerisms are very endearing to me!

Trivia

  • ♥ Connor's serial number in the finished game, #313 248 317-51, was decided on by Bryan Dechart: 313 for the Detroit area code, 248 for his home area code (Novi, Michigan), 317 for his birthday (March 17th), 5 for the number of people in his family, and 1 as it is the first Connor.
  • ♥ Originated in Gaelic languages, Connor means "lover of wolves", which makes a connection to Connor's famous "I like dogs" line.
  • ♥ Connor is the tallest playable character in the game, being slightly taller than Markus.

Protagonist from Elevator Hitch

protag
Protag(onist)

Protag is the main character of Elevator Hitch, getting stuck in an elevator with his co-worker on the way to his interview. Protag overall has a meek demeanor, often coming off as awkward but generally is very polite. He is also prone to being startled and anxious, having the tendency to stammer in his speech at times.

I love all of the games from RachelDrawsThis and Studio Investigrave, so Elevator Hitch was an easy favorite! I played all of them in 2025. Protag is also very endearing. He goes through so much...

Trivia

  • ♥ Protag is canonically a smoker, but is trying his best to quit right now.
  • ♥ If the cast had played Among Us, Protag would be "alarmingly good at imposter".
  • ♥ As stated by RachelDrawsThis on her Tumblr, Protag's name "wont ever be revealed because every time he tries to he gets interrupted by the co-worker or a bus passing by or other badly timed events."

Tom Mayo from Shoot From the Hip

mayo
Thomas Mayo

An improv comedian, writer and editor, as well as a member of Shoot from the Hip. Tom is most well-known for his monologues, especially the ones in Shakespearean, as he has a master's degree in Shakespeare Studies.

I love the whole improv group, but Tom is definitely my favorite! He is a real person, of course, so rest assured that my admiration lies exclusively in his intelligence and the dynamic he has with the rest of his members. I watched almost every single one of their long-form improv stories on their channel just this year (2026)

Trivia

  • - Tom is the tallest (197 cm) Shoot from the Hip member, and his height is commonly commented on during Shoot From The Hip's shows
  • - Tom is the author of Future, an LGBTQ+ sci-fi graphic novel with a focus on time travel.
  • - Tom's wife, Pip Hodgson, is non-binary (they/them) and a drag king. Even though they are non-binary, Pip is referred to as Tom's wife.

Toby Erin Rogers

toby
Original art from Kastoway on
DeviantArt, which I find is still
a classic part of his lore
despite the controversy.

Tobias "Toby" Erin Rogers, also known as Ticci-Toby, is the titular main protagonist of the former Creepypasta story. He is a troubled young man who, after losing his older sister in a car crash, starts to get followed by the infamous Slender Man, and as a result, becomes one of his proxies after murdering his father and setting his neighborhood on fire. Toby is usually upbeat and hyperactive, but he can also be sharply sarcastic at times and may occasionally become uncontrollable due to his mental instability. He is highly temperamental, capable of shifting instantly from emotional to angry or cheerful, which can make him difficult to talk to. Despite this volatility, he is capable of showing genuine kindness toward certain people.

I've been around the creepypasta sphere since I was a kid, though I never really got into it. I only decided to get into this whole thing recently this year (2026), and I found that this guy was my fav. The mischaracterization he gets is INSANE. but. what can you do?

Trivia

  • ♥ Ticci-Toby was born in April 28th, which means his zodiac sign is Taurus, The Bull (same as me!!). His birth year wasn't revealed, however, on his newest reference profile published by his creator on August 16, 2013, Toby was stated to be 19 in the meantime, and combining this with his canon birthday may technically implies his birth year to be 1994.
  • ♥ Toby has a split eyebrow from the car crash
  • ♥ He is born and raised in Denver, Colorado, USA. He has German ancestry
  • ♥ His mask is a mouth guard, like the one Hannibal Lecter wears
  • ♥ He was originally going to be 5'4, but canon shifted and he ended up being made 5'6

Robert Robertson

boberto
Robert

Robert Robertson III, or simply Robert Robertson, also known as Mecha Man, and otherwise dubbed as Mecha Man Blue, is the main protagonist in the game Dispatch. Outside of normal hero work, Robert is also on the hunt for the villain Shroud, a former member of the Brave Brigade who is responsible for his father's death. Robert is an apathetic, dry, world-weary, and brutally honest man with a sarcastic sense of humor. Depending on the player's choice, Robert can also be prone to violence when pushed

this guy is so unremarkable I have no idea where I even got such a strong liking for him. I currently couldn't care less about him, however me from about 6 months ago (late 2025 would be distraught at that.

Trivia

  • ♥ During early development, Robert was planned to be ethnically half-Korean. However, this aspect of Robert's character was removed later into development to avoid similarities with Mark Grayson from the Invincible series.
  • ♥ If Robert was born in 1990, he could either turn or be 34 in January 2024. If he was born in 1992 he could be as young as 31 if his birthday was after February 1992.
  • ♥ Robert's favourite snack is Twinkies, likely due to the fact Chase often bought some for him while babysitting him.
  • ♥ Mecha Man is likely based on Iron Man, albeit a financially struggling version without enough money to maintain or upgrade his mech suit. His real name, Robert Robertson, could be a reference to the actor Robert Downey Jr. , who portrayed Iron Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Anthony Lockwood

lockwood
Cameron Chapman portraying Anthony
Lockwood in the 2023 Netflix adaptation.

Anthony Lockwood, often called Lockwood by others, is the head of Lockwood & Co., one of London's smallest and most ramshackle agencies. He is known for his elegant and mysterious personality, recklessness, calmness and enthusiasm during psychic investigations, good looks, gleaming smile, rapier skills, and the ability of Sight. It has been suggested by the author of the books that he was 15 years old, a year older than Lucy Carlyle, when the two first met in the first book in the series. However, his age was never explicitly stated in the books. Not much is known about Lockwood's childhood in the books besides the fact that his parents, Donald Lockwood and Celia Lockwood, had passed away, as 35 Portland Row was "left" to him. His sister, Jessica Lockwood, was six years older than he was. She died at the age of fifteen because of an accident with one of her parent's dangerous artifacts. This incident was the starting point of Lockwood's formation into a reserved, detached individual, "hollow" as he has been described by himself and Lucy Carlyle. He was hollow because the gap that couldn't be filled, a gap left by the loss of his sister's love and care. Lucy is the only person he believes can fill that gap, and is therefore very protective of her.

I started reading these books quite a few years ago (~2018-2019) and let me tell you, I absolutely loved him immediately and I still do. He's so charming. Poor guy.

Trivia

  • ♥ He dislikes being called "Tony", "Big A", or "Ant."
  • ♥ In both the audiobooks and Netflix television series, when stated out loud, his first name is pronounced as "An-tuh-nee," with the "h" being silent.

Harry Potter

pottah
Daniel Radcliffe as Harry in the
2011 Harry Potter and the Deathly
Hallows: Part 2

Harry James Potter was an English half-blood wizard, and one of the most famous wizards of modern times. The only child and son of James and Lily Potter (née Evans), Harry's birth was overshadowed by a prophecy, naming either himself or Neville Longbottom as the one with the power to vanquish his arch-enemy, Lord Voldemort, the most powerful and feared Dark wizard in the world. After half of the prophecy was reported to Voldemort, courtesy of Severus Snape, Harry was chosen as the target due to his many similarities with the Dark Lord. This in turn caused the Potter family to go into hiding.

Lowkey I think this guy was my first introduction to fandom. I read these books when I was really young, and as I'm sure a majority of people experienced, led to an unfortunately long Harry Potter phase. Of course, I have very little interest in the fandom now, and even less interest in supporting it's creator. Still, it holds an important place in my heart. I've read the book series 18 times. None of them recently.

Trivia

  • ♥ Harry was noted for being the only known Master of Death, having united the three Deathly Hallows at the mere age of seventeen.
  • ♥ The only autographs he ever gave out were to Colin Creevey and an unknown man on the Hogwarts Express.
  • ♥ Harry Potter is still the only wizard to this day that has had all three Unforgivable Curses cast on him and survived.
  • ♥ The first spell casted on Harry, Reparo, used by Hermione Granger on the Hogwarts Express during their first encounter, is also the last spell used by Harry in the novels.

Evan Myers/HABIT from EverymanHYBRID

badHABIT
I can't recall if Evan is inHABITed
in this screenshot.

Evan Myers is one of the main characters of EverymanHYBRID. He was originally the nutritional expert and co-creator of the EverymanHYBRID fitness series along with his best friends Vince and Jeff. He later unwillingly became the main host of the entity known as HABIT. Evan is the more outgoing and expressive member of the HYBRIDs, often humorous and witty, though he can be short tempered and make rash decisions. He often exhibits traits of mental instability: paranoia, obsession, the aforementioned erratic temper, and moments when his attention seems to be elsewhere. He has a love for pop culture and horror movies, often seen wearing slasher film and horror video game t-shirts.

HABIT, on the other hand, is one of the main antagonists of EverymanHYBRID, he is a possessive demonic entity responsible for many events in the series. In videos from mid-2011, it became clear that HABIT could assume control of Evan's body, and by mid-2012, HABIT could completely possess Evan at will. It has been speculated that HABIT is a demon, a monster, a ghost or some other kind of possessing force. Little is known about who or what exactly HABIT is. HABIT appears to be an almost jaunty individual, He also comes off as passive agressive, willing to state comments with almost a whimsical tone, despite the often crude or violent nature of them. He smiles often, and many of the words he uses are extremely violent or extremely intimidating, but are spoken in such a manner that it is hard to tell how much he is saying is true and how much of what he is saying is just him having fun being intimidating.

EverymanHYBRID was one of my most recent, long-standing interests, lasting nearly over a year (April 2025-March 2026)

Trivia

  • ♥ Evan frequently exhibited a love or fascination with large knives.
  • ♥ The cast frequently joked about Evan’s technophobia and general inability to use modern technology.
  • ♥ Evan's canonical last name, "Myers", was determined and revealed via a poll set-up by the actor after the series ended.
  • ♥ Vince had privately mentioned that he sometimes had nightmares of Evan "murdering [him] with an eggbeater and some perseverance".

Stanley

theendisnevertheendisneverthenendisneverthe
An image from the game,
though this isn't what his usual
character model looks like.

Stanley, also known as Employee 427, is the main protagonist in The Stanley Parable.In-game, Stanley has no distinctive personality traits. As a silent protagonist, he cannot act without player intervention (an idea that is suggested). The player's choices in the game reflect Stanley's personality and character traits. Stanley is one of several hundred employees at Office Co. that the Boss controls with the Mind Control Facility. In the Broom Closet Ending. The Narrator notes that "although others may have considered it soul-rending, Stanley relished every moment that these orders came in." Stanley held this job for "years" prior to the events of the game.

The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe is one of my favorite games, which I bought around 2023, and despite Stanley's whole...lack of anything, I still find the lore around him to be incredibly interesting.

Trivia

  • ♥ According to The Narrator in the Not Stanley Ending, Stanley cannot speak because he is trained to do so.
  • ♥ According to Crows Crows Crows newsletter issue 51, Stanley has a twin brother. This can be seen by hovering over the figley image.

Pale and Ghostly

Normal Guy from Elevator Hitch

capitalism

When Normal Guy and Protag first interact, Normal Guy claims to have been worried about Protag getting lost, as this apparently happens often to new employees. He initially comes off as friendly. However, if Protag answers one of his questions incorrectly, his eyes turn light grey and he becomes threatening.

Trivia

  • ♥ Normal Guy has an entry on Sexypedia, a Wiki dedicated to documenting characters described as fitting the "Sexy archetype." He also received some votes to be a part of the Sexyman zine, though he did not make the cut.
  • ♥ Rachel has stated that she thinks Normal Guy is not capable of thinking of anything else besides capitalism.
  • ♥ Normal Guy is not a human, a robot, a monster, or a creature.
  • ♥ He would own a mug that changes designs every time you look at it
  • ♥ He isn't bi/pan, he's a capitalist.
  • ♥ He likes bobbleheads and he may have a collection of them.

Vincent Charbonneau from Dead Plate

pov youre rodys ear
POV: you're Rody

Vincent Charbonneau is the main antagonist of Dead Plate. He is the owner of La Gueule De Saturne, the restaurant where Rody works at. Vincent is a very quiet and blunt man, speaking only when necessary, and in curt, no-nonsense sentences that serve to intimidate those around him, especially towards his employees, notably Rody. Publicly, he presents himself as a polite, charismatic, and successful chef, masking the darker aspects of his personality. Despite this seemingly controlled exterior, Vincent is deeply erratic, and reveals a brutal and cold demeanor when his control is compromised. Beneath the veneer of irritability, Vincent still demonstrates consideration for others' feelings, especially towards Rody. Although he is fine with consuming human meat himself, he finds the idea of clandestinely serving it to customers distasteful.

Yet another RachelDrawsThis character, I think she just creates such interesting dynamics. I love a good food-as-a-metaphor-for-love moment, and that's sort of this game's whole thing. I can also always get behind a cannibalistic character. It's fascinating.

Trivia

  • ♥ Vincent is canonically gay.
  • ♥ Vincent used to have long hair in college
  • ♥ Vincent consumed worms and bugs during his childhood.
  • ♥ If Vincent never met Rody, he would have led a successful life, building a business empire, gaining worldwide fame, and passing away on May 17th, 2013, at the age of 68-73 without experiencing romantic love. (Tragic)
  • ♥ He can't swim.
  • ♥ He wears contacts, and if he loses them, he wears glasses.
  • ♥ He can't ride a bicycle.

Leon Kennedy

bingo?

Leon S. Kennedy is an Italian-American currently employed as a federal agent by the Division of Security Operations, a counterterrorism agency under direct presidential command. Kennedy is a known survivor of the 1998 Raccoon City Destruction Incident, when he was a police officer. Following his escape, he was forcefully recruited into a top-secret anti-Umbrella team under USSTRATCOM devoted to anti-B.O.W. combat, serving in repeated operations around the world until 2011. Kennedy is known to have suffered a traumatic childhood due to his family’s ties to crime, leading to him being orphaned after his entire family was killed. He survived thanks to the aid of a single police officer, an act that inspired him to become a police officer himself.

This guy has lost me so much money. Resident Evil games are so expensive.

Trivia

  • ♥ Leon likely helped inspire Dante's creation since Devil May Cry 1 was originally the pre-developed Resident Evil 4 before Capcom shifted the concepts and the Devil May Cry became its own franchise.
  • ♥ Following the release of his full playable appearance in Resident Evil: Requiem, Leon's main current physique was given a joke meme by players when he was modded in PCs and it was heavily hinted that it was Chris Redfield who gave him some heavy gym training to receive more muscle mass.
  • ♥ A recurring theme in the Resident Evil series is that Leon is almost always partnered with a female character.
  • ♥ At the end of Resident Evil Requiem, Leon is seen slipping a gold ring onto his finger, hinting that he’s gotten married at some point. However, the identity of his wife remains a mystery. (It's me, I'm his wife.)

Ryan Gosling

Ryland Grace

grace rocky save stars
oh hell yeah 😍

Dr. Ryland Grace, PhD is the main protagonist of Project Hail Mary, portrayed by Ryan Gosling. A self-deprecating 8th grade science teacher, Grace was shunned from higher education and became the laughing stock of his scientific peers after releasing a paper on why water lacks importance for evolution. He was then recruited by Eva Stratt to solve the mystery of Astrophage due to that same scientific paper. His brilliance and knowledge on Astrophage makes him an unwilling member of the Hail Mary space expedition, where he's placed into a medically induced coma for four years. He awakens with no memory of his life, his cohorts are dead, and the only life form he encounters is an alien he calls Rocky.

He actually devastates me so much. Project Hail Mary is my current interest (2026) and it's All I think about. Patron saint of one-way trips, Hail Mary full of Grace, there's so many things to think about. Oh god. Also, this movie made me understand the Ryan Gosling hype. Sue me. I read the book quite a few years ago, and I think it's one of the most accurate book to movie adaptations I've seen. This film is in my Letterboxd Top 4. It has the same trope that I love from Avatar, the concept of a better life waiting for you somewhere else among the stars, your soulmate light-years away.

Trivia

  • ♥ Grace has a doctorate in molecular biology.
  • ♥ He rides a bike to work every day because he can't afford a car.
  • ♥ Grace is far more humorous and anxious in the film than in the book. In the book, he is slightly more serious, collected, and cheeky when need be. (I miss his sass. They gave him a bit in the movie, but they still took so much from us.)

Fav fanfics from ao3

Driver

I Drive
he's so serious...

The unnamed Driver works as a mechanic, a stunt double, a stunt driver, as well as a criminal-for-hire getaway car driver. His jobs are all managed by auto shop owner Shannon, who persuades Jewish mobsters Bernie Rose and Nino to purchase a car for the Driver to race. The Driver meets his new neighbor, Irene, and grows close to her and her young son, Benicio. Their budding relationship is interrupted when Irene's husband, Standard Gabriel, is released from prison.

That's just the very beginning of this movie. It's actually so devastating in it's entirety and I HIGHLY recommend it. Gosling's acting range is so amazing, this character reminds me of Lars purely because he's such a unique personality. Also he has a sick jacket. I watched this movie during a week-long Ryan Gosling filmography binge (2026)

Trivia

  • ♥ Ryan Gosling has stated in interviews that he owns the car (a 1973 Chevy Malibu) driven by his character from this film, which he had restored himself.
  • ♥ Hugh Jackman was originally cast as the Driver in 2008, however he dropped out in 2010.
  • ♥ In the entire film Driver speaks only 116 lines, with a total of 891 words.
  • ♥ A total of 13 scorpion jackets were made for the film.

Colt Seavers

fall guy
This is one of my fav looks on this guy.
He just looks so good all fucked up

Colt Seavers, a Hollywood stunt performer, works as the stunt double for famous action star Tom Ryder. However, he is severely injured during a stunt gone wrong and he abandons his career and his girlfriend Jody Moreno, a camerawoman. Eighteen months later, Colt, now a valet for a small Mexican restaurant, is contacted by Gail Meyer, Tom's film producer. She tells him that Jody is directing her first film, a science fiction epic titled Metalstorm, and wants Colt to join the production in Sydney. After arriving on set, Colt learns that Jody never asked for him and is still angry about their breakup, with the movie being a less-than-subtle attempt at airing her grievances at Colt.

I'm usually not a huge enjoyer of action or comedy films, they're just not my style......BUT. This movie is the exception. I love this film so much, it's in my Letterboxd Top 4. I'm actually so upset that I never saw it in theaters, as it was released pretty recently (2024). This movie was a part of my 2026 Ryan Gosling Filmography Binge.

Trivia

  • ♥ This movie set a real-world Guinness Record for most amount of cannon rolls performed in a car (eight and a half), a fact that Seavers acknowledges.
  • ♥ This movie had been in development since 2010. Tom Cruise, Keanu Reeves, Nicolas Cage, Jason Statham, and Dwayne Johnson were all eyed to play Colt Seavers over the years.
  • ♥ Ryan Gosling performed many of the stunts himself, including the 150-foot drop at the beginning of the movie (despite his fear of heights). However, for the remainder of the more extreme stunts, 4 stunt doubles (Logan Holladay, Troy Brown, Ben Jenkin, and Justin Eaton) jumped out of helicopters, were set on fire, and got hit by cars.

Lars Lindstrom

lars with flower
He's such a unique personality in
this one and I adore it.

Lars Lindstrom lives a quiet life in a small town. His mother died when he was born, causing his grief-stricken father to have been a distant parent to Lars and his older brother, Gus. Gus feels guilty for leaving as soon as he could to support himself; Lars struggles with the loss of his mother during his birth and an irrational fear about the risk of death during childbirth. As a result, he exhibits avoidance behaviors and is avoidant of touching others (haphephobia), causing social awkwardness and isolation.

One evening, Lars announces that he has a visitor whom he met online, a wheelchair-mobile missionary of Brazilian and Danish descent named Bianca. Bianca is actually a lifelike doll, ordered from an adult website, whom Lars treats as a live human being. Lars introduces Bianca as his girlfriend to his co-workers and various townspeople. Sympathetic to Lars, the town inhabitants react to the doll as if she were real; however, in order to reduce Lars's dependence on her, they fill her "schedule" with social events and volunteer programs.

This movie so easily could have been made into a joke, or come off as smutty or mocking. But the emotion and amazing acting that went into it made it so, so touching and heartwarming. THIS IS NOT A COMEDY. I am of the opinion that if you interpret this movie as nothing but a comedy, you are not watching it correctly. I don't care that it's supposed to be one. I almost cried. This was not a part of my week long Rygos Filmography Binge (2026) but...from the week before.

Trivia

  • ♥ The scene where Lars and Bianca are about to enter the party was entirely improvised by Ryan Gosling (Lars), as well as the scene where he performs CPR on Margo's teddy bear.
  • ♥ To help Ryan Gosling stay in character, the real doll was treated like an actual person, as is done by the characters in the movie. She was dressed privately in her own trailer and was only present for scenes that she was in.
  • ♥ Ryan Gosling gained some weight specifically for the role of Lars to change the way he moved his body and to embody the character's soft, awkward, and inwardly directed physicality.

Jacob Palmer

suiting up
He's suiting up!

Cal Weaver is living the American dream. He has a good job, a beautiful house, great children and a beautiful wife, named Emily. Cal’s seemingly perfect life unravels, however, when he learns that Emily has been unfaithful and wants a divorce. Over 40 and suddenly single, Cal is adrift in the fickle world of dating. Enter, Jacob Palmer, a self-styled player who takes Cal under his wing and teaches him how to be a hit with the ladies.

Okay, so the thing is, I fucking hated this movie. I cannot stand it. I think it's embarrassing, and unrealistic, I don't care for any of the characters, and none of them make any sense. Sure, maybe that's the point, but asking me to watch a romance/comedy was already a stretch, so I wasn't surprised that I disliked it. I know it's a bit of a classic, but I will never understand that. (Yes, part of the 2026 Rygos Filmography Binge)

The only characters I understood and liked were Jacob and Hannah. All the other family members and everyone else can go to hell honestly. Including the babysitter. What the fuck was her issue.

Trivia

  • ♥ Ryan Gosling found it challenging chatting up girls in the bar scenes. They’d often film as early as 8am, so he’d have to walk onto the bar set and yell chat-up lines at women as if there was music playing, even though the music was added later and the set was totally quiet.

Holland March

messy march
March, March, he's our man!

Holland March is a down-on-his-luck private eye in 1977 Los Angeles. Jackson Healy is a hired enforcer who hurts people for a living. Fate turns them into unlikely partners after a young woman named Amelia mysteriously disappears. Healy and March soon learn the hard way that other dangerous people are also looking for Amelia. Their investigation leads to some dark places as anyone else who gets involved in the case seems to wind up dead.

Okay, while I wasn't in love with this one either, I will say it was funnier than anything in Crazy, Stupid, Love. So it got a couple points back. This guy is just a mess all around. March and Healy are the only characters I understand and like, I can't even bring myself to like Holly. I don't know, maybe I'm biased, but I feel like Gosling and his characters do a lot of carrying these films in my opinion. (2026 Rygos Filmography Binge)

Trivia

  • ♥ Ryan Gosling and Russell Crowe accepted partly because they wanted to work with each other (Gosling even said that by reading the script while already imagining Crowe as Healy, "the movie just immediately became so funny")

Luke Galton

luke stares
they made him EMO!!!11!1

The film follows three linear stories: Luke Glanton, a motorcycle stunt rider who supports his ex-lover Romina Gutierrez and their newborn son through a life of crime; Avery Cross, an ambitious police officer who confronts his corrupt police department; and Jason and A.J. , two troubled teenagers who explore the aftermath of Luke and Avery's actions fifteen years later.

I'm going to be as honest as possible without spoiling anything: I did not finish watching this film. For a specific reason. If you've seen it, I can sure you can guess why, but if not....Yeah, my interest was lacking at a certain event. The part I did see I really liked!! I will say that! It's just that I worry that was the only part of the whole film where I felt connected to the characters. (2026 Rygos Filmography Binge)

Trivia

  • ♥According to Ryan Gosling, all of his bank robbery scenes were done in one take.
  • ♥ Ryan Gosling had to learn how to ride a motorcycle for his role. He learned it from Rick Miller, who also had done a lot of the riding in the Batman movies.
  • ♥ Gosling has stated in interviews that he still owns the motorcycle his character uses in this film.
  • ♥ Derek Cianfrance shot 22 takes of Ryan Gosling speeding the motorcycle past the intersection before 36 cars crashed into one another. Cianfrance originally wanted a stunt double to do it, but he couldn't hide the stuntman. He also noted that for each take until Gosling finally got it right, he chewed his shirt in nervousness until there was a hole in it by the time the stunt was over.
Leaving so soon? Let me help you find your way~
